ants, bees cockroaches, fleas, silverfish and pests commonly found in stored products. Boxelder bugs, white footed ants, pavement ants

Known risks associated with high exposure

A neurotoxin that attacks the nervous system, skin and bodily contact - local reddening, 'pins and needles' numbnes, burning. Rapidly metabolised, no antidote, treatment of symptoms not cause.

Other information

Considered one of the safer insecticides, has been widely used in disease control by treating and killing ticks that carry diseases.

Deltamethrin has been found in breast milk in parts of South Africa

Comes as a powder / dust, also in granular form for disolving in water so that the application is better controlled
