Quality is the driving force behind Eclipse Scientific Group
All laboratories undertake testing to standards which comply with UKAS (or equivalent) accreditation (ISO 17025, satisfying the relevant elements of ISO 9000).
Eclipse holds ‘multi-site accreditation' - one testing schedule is in place to cover the Group's testing activities in the UK (ie. not including our Portlaoise laboratory in Ireland). tell me more... |

POOR storage continues to be potentially a weak link for quality in the cereal supply chain. The second driver, says Mr Cook, is the continuing loss of insecticide products available for use in grain stores. MALATHION (co-formulated with bifenthrin in Prostore) has recently failed to achieve Annex 1 listing, leaving pirimiphos-methyl (Actellic/ Fumite) and chlorpyrifos-methyl (Reldan) as the remaining surface application or admixed chemical options for storage pest control. Fumigation options have been limited to phosphine following the withdrawal of methyl bromide. Source: frmrsgrdn, Date and Time of entry: Tuesday, September 25, 2007 12:20
