Sample submissions - fresh produce

We follow European Community methods of sampling for pesticide residues and to that end would recommend the minimum sample sizes detailed below to be sent to us for analysis:

(at least 10 items)
Higher weight products

Melon 		2 kg
(at least 5 items)

Please contact the laboratory for guidance on sample sizes for all other commodities.

For meaningful results to be obtained, truly representative samples of produce must be submitted.
